By creating an account, accessing, or using the Zomxbit exchange platform (website, mobile interface, or API), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction) to open an account.
• You represent and warrant that you are not a resident of any restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process.
• Each user is strictly limited to one individual account. Creating multiple accounts or exploiting referral mechanisms is strictly prohibited and subject to automated security freezes.

Zomxbit provides execution-only services for spot trading, derivatives/futures trading with leverage, staking yield subscription (Earn), and digital asset wallet management.

All orders executed on the platform are final once matched. You are solely responsible for managing your open positions, margin ratios, stop-loss triggers, and trading decisions.

• Network Accuracy: When depositing or withdrawing digital assets, you must ensure the receiving address and network (e.g., TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20) match precisely. Zomxbit is not liable for assets sent to incorrect networks or invalid addresses.
• Processing Times: Digital asset deposits require standard decentralized blockchain confirmations before being credited. Withdrawals undergo automated security audits and may take between 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on network congestion and risk screening.
• Security Verification: Withdrawals require mandatory Google Authenticator (2FA) verification to protect against unauthorized account compromises.

Leveraged derivatives and futures products involve substantial risk of liquidation. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

Zomxbit adheres to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) standards.

We reserve the right to require Identity Verification (KYC) documents, source of funds declarations, and to freeze or suspend accounts engaged in suspicious financial transactions or regulatory non-compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and two-factor authentication keys.

Zomxbit employees will never ask for your account password, email OTPs, or 2FA recovery keys. Report any phishing attempts immediately to our 24/7 Support.
